I purchased the enhanced versions of winSPWW2 and winSPMBT. I want to know if it will have all of the patches and upgrades.

The CD versions of the games were upgraded to version 11.01 for winSPMBT and version 10.01 for winSPWW2 on March 31, 2017. If you purchased the enhanced versions on or after this date they are ready to run as winSPMBT v.11.01 or winSPWW2 v.10.01. Patches added after March 31, 2017 will need to installed in the order in which they were released.

If you are still using the original versions (version 1.0) of these games, you will need to install the consolidation patch (to version 6.0 for winSPMBT and to version 5.0 for winSPWW2) for your specific game plus any additional patches released since the consolidation patch.
