You are using a download manager that is not waiting for the download to start, but is downloading our script that monitors the download. There is usually a setting that you need to change in your download manager. If you can't get your manager to work, there are many free download managers that can handle this type of download correctly. You can also disable your download manager and let Windows handle the download.
